"Our teachers go above and beyond every day to inspire, educate, and lead," said Dr. Keri Fovargue, Chief of Staff and TIA Lead for the district. "These designations are a well-deserved acknowledgment of our teachers’ commitment and will help ensure we continue attracting and retaining the best educators for our students."

Southwest Public Schools remains committed to fostering a culture of excellence in education and looks forward to the continued positive impact of the Teacher Incentive Allotment on both teachers and students. Teacher designations will be announced in May 2025, and the payout will occur in August 2025.
